lovemagic2017_v4

Enjoy an evening of fantastic tales and poems about love, the macabre, and everything in between, as told by your favorite NYC Latinx writers and poets:

María Fernanda Snellings is a poet from Washington, D.C. She is a VONA/Voices fellow whose poems and translations have appeared in Luna Luna Magazine, The Wide Shore, Kweli Journal & elsewhere.

Dez Cruz is a 22-year-old queer Dominican poet who’s looking for adventure in her life. Cruz has been writing poetry since elementary school and has only recently started taking it seriously. She would like to one day use poetry in her art therapy practice.

Carmen Bardeguez-Brown is a poet who has been invited to read at The Nuyorican Poets Café, The Fez, and more. You can purchase her poetry book, Straight from the Drums: Al Ritmo del Tambor at Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
