Josefina Baez (La Romana, Dominican Republic/New York) is a Storyteller, ArteSana, performer, writer, theatre director, educator, and devotee. She is the founder and director of Ay Ombe Theatre, which was founded April 1986. She is an alchemist of the artistic process designed for a creative life, Performance Autology©—a process based on the autobiography of the doer.
